Shipping Netherlands

Orders in the Netherlands will be shipped with a track and trace number. The shipping costs in the Netherlands are €5,95. Orders above €150,- are shipped for free.

Shipping Europe

We ship to most of the countries in Europe. If you want to order a product but you are living in a different country that is not included or is outside the EU, send an email to receive a quotation.

Return

If a product does not meet expectations, please inform Studio Marin Jansen within 14 calendar days that you want to return a purchased item. Send an email to marin.jansen@hotmail.com with the return request and add the return form. Notify us immediately if an item that you received is damaged. We will try to find a solution.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning the product(s). Be sure that the item(s) are packed the same way as you receive it so that the product(s) are protected during transport. If your return has been checked and meets the conditions of return, you will receive the refund on your bank account as soon as possible.
